God’s Word is filled with images of physical fitness that communicate spiritual truths: running the good race, boxing the air, eating well, resting, etc.

Through this weekly series, I will outline specific practical ways that you can use physical exercise to strengthen your spirit and your relationships in the Body of Christ. The training videos, t-shirt designs, devotional thoughts, and more can be used for your personal devotions or small group Bible studies.

“Have nothing to do with irreverent, silly myths. Rather train yourself for godliness; for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.” (1 Timothy 4:7-‬8)
